VentOsan

The Ventosan Patent Pending N 102020000017128 ITALIA system is an innovative device that works 24/7 and is used to force air exchange and with the unique characteristic of being able to sanitize rooms and air ventilation systems in which is installed with a mixture of air enriched with Ozone.

Description

The ventosan is designed to solve the problem of rooms intended for hospitality where the high human attendance of the environments, carries an increased risk of microbiological contamination. It is intended to be installed in spaces such as classrooms, meeting rooms, restaurant rooms, bars, shops, company canteens, changing rooms, toilets, etc. where there is normally only the natural discontinuous ventilation through doors and windows, which is not able to ensure a volume of healthy air, where continuous and frequent sanitation of the spaces and periodic environmental sanitization as required by current standards to combat the spread of the Sars-cov2 virus infection.

Operation

During the hours of overcrowding it has the ability to ventilate an environment with only outdoor air, clean and conditioned in temperature, complying with strict energy saving standards, recovering up to 80% of the energy present in the extracted air.

During the hours of use of the spaces (properly at night) it sanitizes the rooms and ventilation systems by the continuous and controlled spraying of Ozono, restoring the ideal conditions before the use of the rooms

Technical equipment

The ventosan consists of a single equipment in which there are two ventilating sections one of air input (taken from the external environment to be placed inside the rooms) and one of extraction of the exhausted air present in the treated volume. The air entered is filtered to eliminate coarse and thin powders, heated or cooled by the recovery of the heat of the extracted air to reach the expected microclimate values, if necessary further heated or cooled by electric heat exchangers, water or refrigerant gas. The air you enter is diffused in the busy volume so that there are no risky drafts that can lead to an increase in biological risk. A fully automated concentrated oxygen ozone producer controlled by a central processor, it provides in situ generation of Ozono gas and its homogenization with air coming from the treated environment, air repeatedly recirculated to reach the critical ozone concentration so that the viruid and bacterial mixture reaches all the volume affected by microbiological pollution. A supply of hot and refrigerated water (if any) or only electricity is required in order for the machine to be able to perform the "sanitization" functions of the premises for which it was designed.
